Manifest Destiny (short dark comedy)

Co-written with Michelle L. Morgan (Canada). A fitness center employee is determined to win a contest for most improved client so she can fund a trip to Brazil for cosmetic surgery. Then HE walks in—seemingly a perfect candidate for the contest. But he's more focused on finding a tradwife. Only one can prevail and it's no rom-com. As of August 15, 2026, the script was part of a public reading during the Waco Indie Film Festival, won awards from two festivals in Austin, and was one of the "Top Officials Selections" for the Richmond [Virginia] IFF.
