Two Lesbians and Their Dog Max

Two Lesbians and Their Dog Max (short comedy)
Co-written by Alyssa Hawkinson, who has performed on stage, has led Waco ghost tours, is now operations manager for a nonprofit, and happens to work across the hall from David. As of July 3, 2026, the script had received a response from just one fest and that was as an official selection for Indie Short Fest/LA International Short Film Festival. The story focuses on Rose and Amber, as they move into their first home together, attempt to keep their dog Max from escaping, and find their new neighbor (also named Max) is trying a bit too hard to be welcoming.
